Breakfast: Protein Drink and bottle of water
Exercise: Morning stretch, Dog Walk and cleaning the living room to music!
This morning my brother came to work on the my mom's cabin and fix things so mom would have water. He came over to see how I was doing and it was a good distraction and a thrill to see him.
Lunch: We went to the Front Porch Bistro, a local restaurant I did artwork for (mural and walls). The owner is a friend of mine and so are some of the employees. I had green tea, no sugar, a plain tortilla and a delicious bowl of potato soup with cheese and bacon. Very filling and not exactly a diet meal but after juicing, I was unable to finish my lunch which tells me I'm moving in a good direction!
You are doing so well and the recipes and information are really good.
